Gary Perkins and Jamie Evans took more than Eddie’s Wooden Fired Pizza on Borough Highway at the commencing of January.
The pizzeria served common pizzas but in modern years moved into Spitfire sports activities bar but the duo are eager to return to the previous ethos of Eddies which was named soon after Ervardo Salza which opened on 2016.
He was initially from South Italy and influenced the pair to established up the authentic Neapolitan pizzeria.
