Café Margaux, 220 Brevard Ave., Cocoa Village, will wind down its 2020-21 time of wine dinners with a Napa Valley party that capabilities the wines of St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery. Meal begins at 6:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Jan. 7 and 8.

Just one of only a handful of estate wineries in the Napa Valley, St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery produces 100% estate grown, certified Napa Green wines, concentrating on sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon, and further purple Bordeaux varietals. Napa Green is an environmental certification method for vineyards and wineries that is just one of the most thorough environmental accreditations in the wine business, covering every move from soil to bottle and demanding ongoing improvement to retain certification.

The six-system menu starts with Crab and Kurobuta Bacon Bisque with herbed chevre crostini, adopted by a salad of toddler discipline greens with Crumbled Maytag, candied walnuts and Calimyrna figs in a Dijon avocado vinaigrette. For the 3rd study course, friends will get pleasure from Lobster Mousse wrapped in Turbot Filets, accompanied by pink rice risotto and crucial lime radish lobster product. The meat program characteristics garlic-roasted Bison Tenderloin with horseradish blossom potatoes and a Shimeji-Syrah demic glace. A training course of Parmesan Reggiano cheese precedes a dessert of Orange Cardamon Crème Brulee with shaved white chocolate and roasted marconas.
