Weld County evaluates restaurants, educational institutions, grocery shops and other facilities that tackle food items on a scale of 3 groups — move, re-inspection expected, and closed. As element of the county’s scoring index, officers evaluate amenities on components such as cooling, reheating, cooking refrigeration and sizzling-keeping products, cross-contamination amongst raw food items and all set-to-eat foods and personnel cleanliness, in accordance to the county.
