Tyson Foods to Settle Selling price-Fixing Claims

Tyson Food items Inc. said it has agreed to pay out $221.5 million to settle with plaintiff teams of poultry purchasers that sued it for selling price-fixing claims, assisting solve a four-calendar year authorized battle about alleged collusion in the $65 billion chicken business.
