1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 teaspoon peeled and minced refreshing garlic (2 cloves)
2 teaspoon cornstarch
Pinch of salt or to style

Method

Warmth olive oil in a wok above medium-large heat. Add chicken and let it brown for a number of minutes, flip and keep on to cook dinner until finally almost performed.

Sides

Serve with a side of tempura shrimp, egg rolls, individually boiled and pan seared vegetables (cauliflower, mushrooms, carrots, corn, peas, wok-seared in olive oil and salt).
