Rashford secures ‘full review’ of food parcels from Boris Johnson as PM says some are an ‘insult to families’

Footballer Marcus Rashford has secured a promise from Boris Johnson to “correct” the scandal of meagre foodstuff parcels handed out for hungry young children.
