On Wednesday, Feb. 3, the Portillo’s foods truck will at the Residence Inn at 11450 Marbella Palm Court from 12 to 3 p.m.

On Feb. 4, the foods truck will be parked outside the future area at 7715 Palm Parkway from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and again from 4 to 7 p.m.

Slated to open on Mar. 2 at 10:30 a.m., this Portillo’s site will be the restaurant chain’s third institution in Florida, with 1 in Tampa and Brandon.
