Norfolk group looking at ordinance to allow for eating places to open drive-thrus

NORFOLK, Neb. (KTIV) – Officials in Norfolk, Nebraska, proceed to discuss an ordinance that would allow eating places to apply for conditional use permits to create generate-ins and drive-thrus.

If permitted the ordinance would allow places to eat to provide other providers during the pandemic.
