Milton General public Library supported by community-produced cookbook

MILTON — The Mates of Milton General public Library just lately developed a cookbook termed “Foods from Mates,” filled with more than 190 recipes — from a local chef’s grandmother’s cherished meatball recipe to an herbalist’s polenta recipe handed down from her father.

The cookbook was complied by a staff of 11 volunteers from the Pals of Milton General public Library with household recipes from extra than 80 contributors and is readily available for pre-sale for $14.95. Orders will aid the Milton General public Library.

“Food from Friends”, a new cookbook of more than 190 recipes, was curated by the Friends of The Milton Public Library.
