Sunny’s Breakfast Sandwiches and Catering truck, owned by The Roundabout Diner and Lounge and owner Dan Pasternak, parked beside the skating rink at Strawbery Banke and was an instant hit, reported Scott Choppa, manning the truck. “We labored with the Strawbery Banke services personnel and with Kim McNamara, the city’s health inspector,” stated Choppa. “We set up picnic tables, 15 toes aside, so eating is outside, or consider it with you when you depart.
