Male arrested for cooking BBQ above everlasting flame for fallen Russian soldiers

A person has reportedly been arrested just after he was caught applying an eternal flame monument to Russian troopers who died in the 2nd Planet War as a barbecue.  

A movie shared on Russian social media on Thursday confirmed the unidentified more mature gentleman crouching down and holding a skewer of meat in excess of the ever-burning hearth in the Caspian Sea city of Derbent.
