Sally joined the enterprise in 1997 soon after a profession in advertising and marketing, when their two children Matteo and Michela skilled in hospitality and now also perform for the cafe.

Lucio’s has only had 5 head chefs in its life span, and most skilled the apprentices that then took more than the job.
