Italian restaurant included in new business enterprise growth project in Moses Lake

The building’s homeowners are Rhonda and Dino Cacchiotti. B.J. Garbe will manage the cafe. Cacchiotti owns Cacciotti Orthodontics down the road from the challenge. Garbe is the supervisor of Ten Pin Brewery and other Russell household-owned corporations in city.
