Impellizzeri’s has shut its area at 110 W. Key St., throughout from the KFC Yum Center.

“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the lasting closing of our Downtown (Major Road) site,” homeowners wrote on the restaurant’s web-site. “Thank you for supporting us over the many years. Remember to go on to stop by out four other spot places: Highlands, Middletown, Vacation Manor and E-Town.”

A residence listing has two parcels out there at the website: a 2,400-square-foot area and a 5,000-square-foot area.

The cafe serves pizzas, Italian impressed appetizers, salads, hoagie sandwiches and pasta dishes from family recipes.

The closure follows a different downtown mainstay: Hard Rock Cafe closed at Fourth Road Reside! just after 16 decades in procedure. Far more than 50 dining places shut down in Louisville around the course of 2020.
