Hopkinton’s Carbone’s Cafe Stays Open up For A Little bit Extended

HOPKINTON, MA — A beloved Hopkinton cafe will continue to keep its doorways open up for a little bit lengthier soon after inhabitants imagined it was closing.

Carbone’s Cafe has been a Hopkinton staple for 87 yrs, so when the homeowners introduced its closure in September, the local community was reeling. The cafe to start with opened in 1933 and was originally named “The Excellent Fellows Club” and managed by Edward Carbone.
