HOPKINTON, MA — A beloved Hopkinton cafe will continue to keep its doorways open up for a little bit lengthier soon after inhabitants imagined it was closing.
Carbone’s Cafe has been a Hopkinton staple for 87 yrs, so when the homeowners introduced its closure in September, the local community was reeling.
