– 2 cups of powdered sugar

– 2 tsp of vanilla essence

– 3 tbsp of orange zest (optional)

Instructions:

For generating the cake

1. Shred carrots and set them apart. Do not drain drinking water from them.

2. Make buttermilk: Mix milk with vinegar and established apart for 15 minutes.
