COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – A community firm obtained countless numbers of bucks in grant money Tuesday to assistance offer meals to hundreds of people in the place.
CVS Wellness gave Feeding the Valley Food Lender $40,000 in grant revenue. The grant will make it possible for the nonprofit to supply 240,000 meals to people in its 18-county service location by means of different food stuff distribution plans.
Organizers with Feeding the Valley claimed the grant will also help those people people working with uncertainty in the course of the coronavirus pandemic.
