ORONO — University of Maine Cooperative Extension will offer you two new webinars about cooking with Maine foods from 2–2:45 p.m. Feb. 9 and Feb. 23.
“Cooking with the Maine Harvest” opens with a webinar about how to use an electric pressure cooker, adopted two months later with an additional webinar about lessening foods squander in the property kitchen. Instructors share recipes and techniques in an interactive format in this webinar collection, which continues via the spring.
