“We have a workforce of cooks and hospitality staff who function in the kitchen and transform all of this donated and rescued foodstuff into these healthful meals for persons in require.

She criticised the “shameful” photographs of foodstuff hampers that have been circulated in latest days, and mentioned looking at the small top quality of foodstuff getting specified to young children in require was “incredibly upsetting”.

She reported the organisation will continue on helping the Edinburgh neighborhood for as extended as they are required.
