Cincinnati will be showcased on Strange Meals Delectable Locations Monday night time

Cincinnati is in the spotlight again.

The Queen City is heading to be highlighted on Strange Foodstuff Delicious Destinations on Monday night. Host Andrew Zimmern will just take a tour of Cincinnati’s “culinary icons” on the approaching episode. 

“Cincinnati’s cuisine is inspired by the European immigrants who brought their hearty fare with them to Ohio, and (Zimmern) highlights some of the dishes that go on to be can’t-skip local favorites,” the episode description reported.

Zimmern tries out pork schnitzel, goetta, Cincinnati chili and ice product built using a French pot system… aka Graeter’s Ice Product.

The episode airs at 10 p.m. Monday on the Cooking Channel. 

If you pass up it, you can capture a rerun at 2 a.m. Tuesday and 2 p.m. Sunday.
