Chef James Trees to open new Tivoli Village restaurant

Chef James Trees and LEV Team Improvement Associate Carlo Cannuscio have announced the opening of Al Solito Posto (‘In The Regular Place’), an invigorating new cafe and lounge offering refined Italian classics and elevated cocktails.

The doorways will formally open up on Jan. 27.

Heat, community-type provider driven by distinguished pros and refined traditional dishes executed at the highest degree will determine the working experience at Al Solito Posto, which will face the grand fountains at the most important entrance of Tivoli Village.

With Chef Trees assistance, Executive Chef Emily Brubaker (previously of Joel Robuchon/Sage) heads the kitchen staff, although Beverage Director David Bonatesta (previously of NoMad) will direct the bar program. Cannuscio (formerly of Valentino, Bartolotta, Twist) will oversee the dining home in concert with Normal Supervisor Andy St. John (ex-Bouchon, Carbone).

Al Solito Posto promises to have you appear at dishes like Minestrone, Eggplant Parmigiana and Hen Piccata with new eyes, while the enjoyable, sophisticated bar menu (some highlights: A clarified Milk Punch, fig-infused Old Fashioned twist and Italian-inflected Apple Martini) will delight all fans of a great cocktail.
