California Bill Proposes Ban On Smokable Hemp, But Open Doors For CBD Meals And Beverages
Democrat assemblywoman Cecilia Aguiar-Curry launched a monthly bill in December that proposes putting a ban on smokable hemp.
The invoice states that except the federal Food and drug administration specifically authorizes it, industrial hemp need to not be incorporated in specific products, including medical gadgets, prescription drugs, processed smokable solutions like electronic cigarettes with nicotine, smokable flower this sort of as hookah and shisha with nicotine, and merchandise made up of nicotine, tobacco, or alcohol.
