Brasserie at Parish closes in Inman Park
Nick Melvin, who later oversaw the kitchen at Previous Fourth Ward place Venkman’s and now runs burrito pop-up Pollo Loco, took over at Parish in 2010 and pushed a menu of extra conventional Southern fare.
In 2013, Zeb Stevenson — who would go on to helm the kitchen area at Watershed on Peachtree and now owns Redbird in West Midtown — grew to become the government chef at Parish, by then acknowledged as Brasserie at Parish, and shifted the menu nonetheless once again.
Stuart Tracy, who now is effective on the growth workforce for Chick-fil-A, also served as an executive chef at Parish from 2015-17.
