Ann Kim’s new restaurant, Sooki & Mimi, to open in February
The newest restaurant from James Beard Award profitable Twin Cities chef Ann Kim will open up following thirty day period.
Kim has declared that Sooki & Mimi will open its doors to diners on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at 1432 W. 31st St. in Minneapolis’ Uptown neighborhood.
Having up home in what was formerly Lucia’s, Sooki & Mimi will open up with a 10-study course menu referred to as “A Celebration of Greens and Nixtamal.”‘
With her other dining places – Younger Joni, Pizzeria Lola, and Howdy Pizza – combining Asian and Italian cuisine, Sooki & Mimi will element Kim’s initial consider on Mexican food, following she was impressed by a trip to Valle de Guadalupe.
