Hello there Mary,

Initially of all I’m delighted that your young children are open to all types of meals, this makes your position a good deal easier! Midweek dinners do want to be speedy as our time tends to be minimal and we are usually exhausted just after a busy working day. 2 medium, ripe tomatoes, diced

2 tablespoons of pure yoghurt

200g frozen peas

1 little bunch coriander, chopped

Position the onion, garlic, ginger and chillies jointly in a meals processor until eventually it types a paste – if you do not have a processor you can finely chop the components. Warmth the oil around a medium heat in a large frying pan and fry the mixture until finally it gets extremely fragrant.
