MI SU Street Food’s ‘eclectic and fun’ Mexican fusion menu debuts downtown

MI SU Road Meals isn’t going to basically have tortillas for tires, but owners Alden and Hylene Garcia develop a lot of their out-of-the-box, Mexican-design and style menu objects all-around their reliable, handmade tortillas. 

“We realized refreshing tortillas was anything missing in Pensacola,” Alden Garcia stated. “Our LLC name is literally ‘One Taco At A Time,’ so we are hoping to maintain a person taco on the menu at all times. And we will have a breakfast taco on it daily, much too.” 

Alden Garcia reported some of his recipes are fusion-style while some others are so off-the-wall that he won’t be able to even genuinely categorize them.

“I mean, I am going to put chorizo on a burger, which is one of them. We are doing a ‘Huevo Roll,’ which is our just take on an egg roll,” Garcia went on. “It’s chorizo, cabbage and peppers stuffed into one particular of our refreshing tortillas and designed with our do-it-yourself duck sauce. We rather a great deal make almost everything from scratch.” 

Any MI SU food that won’t revolve close to the mobile truck’s have tortillas is if not anchored by the buns and bread from Craft Connoisseur Bakery. 

MI SU plans to expend a large amount of time building its brand in Pensacola as a foods truck, but Garcia stated the long-phrase approach is to sooner or later open up a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the metropolis. 

“We want to create ourselves up, journey out the pandemic and introduce ourselves to the group initial,” Garcia claimed. “So (a restaurant) will be way down the line.” 

The new truck is located straight behind Salon San Carlos, which is just following door to Kalbi Ichiban.
