Bob Evans Italian sausage recalled for international subject

Buyers discovered parts of rubber in the raw sausage.

XENIA, Ohio — Bob Evans Farms is recalling close to 4,200 pounds of pork sausage that could be contaminated with slender items of blue rubber. 

The U.S. Section of Agriculture’s Foods Protection and Inspection Provider announced the recall Thursday.

The uncooked pork sausage product was developed on Dec. 17, 2020. These products are incorporated in the recall:

  • 1-lb. tubes containing “Bob Evans Italian Sausage” with large amount code 0352 and a “USE/FRZ BY” date of “JAN 31 21” revealed on the label

Glimpse for “EST. 6785” printed straight above the “USE/FRZ BY” day. These products ended up delivered to retail destinations in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Bob Evans been given buyer issues and notified FSIS.

FSIS is anxious that some of the sausage might be in consumers’ fridges or freezers or equally. 

If you bought the sausage, toss it absent or return it to the area of purchase.
